Our objective is to address your immediate issues and to teach you some of the things we have learned over our 30 years of consulting and 20 years in industry.  

 

We are proud of the fact that more than 35 people who have worked for us have gone on to become Presidents, CEOs and vice presidents of both publicly and privately held companies.

 

The most important things we can bring to you are creativity and commitment.  We don't have a fixed process. We create what is needed in the particular situation to address the particular difficulties or opportunities . 

 

We don't believe that all business problems can be solved in the same way. We believe that all have special attributes and that by addressing those we stand the best chance of finding not only the solution but the opportunism present in the problem.
